MP3425 Boost Converter The MP3425DL is a current mode step-up converter with a 3.5A, 90mΩ internal switch that provides a high efficiency regulator with a fast response. Features programmable frequencies up to 2MHz for easy filtering and low noise. External compensation pins give the user flexibility to set loop dynamics and operate with small, low ESR ceramic output capacitors. Soft-start produces less inrush current and can be programmed with external capacitors. The MP3425 operates from an input voltage as low as 3.1V and can generate up to 350mA at 48V from a 12V supply. The MP3425 includes undervoltage lockout, current limit, and thermal overload protection to prevent damage in output overload conditions. The MP3425 is used for power IC repair and is available in a flat 14-pin 3*4mm QFN package with an exposed pad.
