These power MOSFETs' channel resistance RDS(on) and gate charge Qg are significantly reduced. They have the lowest Figure of Merit (FOM) RDS(on)xQg and RDS(on)xRthJC, enabling their thermal design to achieve higher efficiency. This family of power MOSFETs has a body diode that provides a low reverse recovery charge (QRM) and short reverse recovery time (trr).
