LM317MDTRKG

LM317MDTRKG is an adjustable three-terminal positive voltage regulator that can provide more than 500 mA of current in the output voltage range of 1.2 V to 37 V. The regulator is very easy to use and only requires two external resistors to set the output voltage. In addition, it uses internal current limiting, thermal shutdown and safe area compensation, making it essentially explosion-proof.

The device also makes a particularly simple adjustable switching regulator, programmable output regulator, or by connecting a fixed resistor between regulation and output, LM317MDTRKG can be used as a precision current regulator.
