LM4040DIM3-2.5/NOPB, 100ppm/°C precision micropower shunt voltage reference

The LM4040DIM3-2.5/NOPB precision voltage reference is ideal for space-critical applications and can be used in small SC70 and SOT-23 surface mount packages. LM4040DIM3-2.5/NOPB adopts advanced design, no external stabilizing capacitor is needed, and stability under any capacitive load can be ensured at the same time, which makes LM4040DIM3-2.5/NOPB very easy to use. The minimum operating current range is 60µA (2.5V LM4040-N) to 100µA (10V LM4040-N). All versions have a maximum operating current of 15mA.
