HIP4080AIPZ

HIP4080AIPZ is a high frequency medium voltage full bridge N-channel FET driver IC. Its HEN lead can force the current to freewheel in the bottom two external power MOSFETs, thereby keeping the upper power MOSFET off. HIP4080A can also drive medium-voltage brushed motors, and two HIP4080A can be used to drive high-performance stepper motors, because the shortest "on time" can provide fine microstepping capabilities.
