LM117HVH

LM117HVH is an adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulator capable of providing 1.5A or higher current in the output voltage range of 1.25V to 57V. It only needs two external resistors to set the output voltage. LM117HVH adopts standard transistor package, which is easy to install and handle. LM117HVH provides overload protection, such as current limit, thermal overload protection and safe area protection, so that the device can be explosion-proof. Even if the regulating terminal is disconnected, the overload protection circuit can still maintain complete functions.
