IR21844SPBF

IR21844SPBF is a high-voltage and high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT half-bridge driver with related high-side and low-side reference output channels. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technology can realize a rugged and durable monolithic structure. The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output, down to 3.3V logic. Floating channels can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side configurations with operating voltages up to 600V.
