MCP1525T-I/TT

The MCP1525T-I/TT is a low-power, high-precision voltage reference in a 3-pin SOT-23 package. This voltage reference is usually used in 3V to 5V systems where the power supply voltage varies greatly and power consumption needs to be minimized. MCP1525T-I/TT uses advanced CMOS circuit design and EEPROM fine-tuning to provide 1% initial tolerance and 50ppm/°C temperature stability.
