ZMR250FTA

ZMR250FTA is a 3-terminal fixed positive voltage regulator with internal current limit and will shut down under thermal overload conditions, making the device difficult to damage. This circuit design provides a very low quiescent current. The 2.5V device is only 30μA, which is very suitable for low-power applications. The initial devices in this series can be adjusted to 2.5 or 5V, and the drive capacity is up to 50mA, but the flexible design allows other voltage options.
