LT1009CD

The LT1009CD reference circuit is a precision-tuned 2.5V shunt regulator with low dynamic impedance and wide operating current range. The maximum initial tolerance of the LP package is ±5 mV, and the maximum initial tolerance of the D and PW packages is ±10 mV. The reference tolerance is achieved through on-chip fine-tuning, which minimizes the initial voltage tolerance and temperature coefficient VZ.
