MT1470 is a fully integrated, high-efficiency 2A synchronous rectification step-down converter on the control board of the Antminer; MT1470 operates efficiently in a vast output current load range. In addition, the device offers two modes of operation, PWM control and PFM mode switching control for high efficiency over a wider load range, and it is packaged in a ROHS-compliant 6-pin SOT23 package.
