REF102CP is a precision 10V voltage reference. In the industrial temperature range, the drift is adjusted to 2.5ppm/°C maximum C level by the laser. The output voltage is extremely insensitive to line and load changes, and can be adjusted externally with minimal impact on drift and stability. 11.4V to 36V single-supply operation and excellent overall specifications make REF102CP an ideal choice for demanding instrumentation and system reference applications.
