The TPS61178RNWR is a 20V synchronous boost converter, silkscreen marked 15RI, with a built-in gate driver for load disconnection. The TPS61178RNWR integrates testing of two low-on-resistance power FETs: a 16mΩ switch FET and a 16mΩ rectifier FET. Additionally, the TPS61178RNWR features OVP and thermal protection to avoid faulty operation in a 3.0mmx 3.5mm13-pin VQFN package with enhanced thermal dissipation.
