MAX828EUK Switched Capacitor Voltage Inverters The ultra-small MAX828EUK monolithic, CMOS charge-pump inverter accepts input voltages from +1.5V to +5.5V. Operating frequency 12kHz. Their high efficiency (greater than 90% over most load current ranges) is ideal for battery-powered and board-level voltage conversion applications. Can be used for repair and replacement of hash board chips.

The MAX828EUK combines low quiescent current with high efficiency. The oscillator control circuit and quad power MOSFET switches are included on-chip. Applications include generating -5V supplies from +5V logic supplies to power analog circuits. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT23-5 package, it provides 25mA with a 500mV dropout. Operating temperature range -40°C to +85°C, surface marking code AABI.
