The SGM2205-1.8XKC3G/TR is a high voltage, low noise, low dropout linear regulator on the s19a hash board. It can deliver 800mA output current with a typical dropout voltage of only 450mV. The operating input voltage is 1.8V. Features include logic-controlled shutdown mode, short-circuit current limiting and thermal shutdown protection. In addition, the SGM2205 has an auto-discharge function that quickly discharges VOUT in the disabled state. SGM2205-1.8XKC3G/TR adopts the SOT-223-3 package. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
