LM4040AIZ-5.0/NOPB is a precision shunt voltage reference, without external stabilizing capacitor, can ensure the stability of any capacitive load, easy to use. The fixed reverse breakdown voltage of 5V further simplifies the design. The voltage reference adopts fuse and Zener-Zap reverse breakdown voltage adjustment to ensure that the accuracy of the main components is better than ±0.1% (A grade) at 25°C. With bandgap reference temperature drift curvature correction, and low dynamic impedance, it ensures a stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide operating temperature and current range.
