LM336Z-5.0/NOPB is an integrated circuit, precision 5.0V shunt regulator diode. This monolithic IC voltage reference works as a 5.0V Zener diode with a low temperature coefficient of 0.6R dynamic impedance. 5.0V can easily obtain a stable reference voltage from a low-voltage power supply.
