1EDN8550BXTSA1 is a new series of single-channel non-isolated gate driver ICs. Due to the unique fully differential input circuit with excellent common-mode rejection, the logic driver state is completely controlled by the voltage difference between the two inputs and is completely independent of the driver's reference (ground) potential.

1. Power supply voltage (VDD) up to 20 V
