Anti-static vacuum suction pen

The anti-static vacuum suction pen is suitable for processing components that are sensitive to current and is a welding tool for picking up and pulling out chip ICs. Equipped with 4 suction cups, the suction head device is equipped with straight and elbow heads, which can be replaced as needed. Straight suction cup: suitable for suction in the absence of obstructions in space; elbow suction cup: suitable for suction in small spaces. Fine design, simple operation, provide strong suction and improve work efficiency. Compared with picking up components with tweezers, vacuum suction pen picking up components can avoid touching the surrounding components.

Adsorption capacity are: 40g, 18g, 3g, 3g.

Instructions：

1. First select the suction cup corresponding to the size of the IC to be sucked and put it on the suction pen nozzle.

2. After installing the suction cup on the suction pen, gently align the suction cup with the middle of the IC component (before making BGA, the surface of the component must be cleaned, otherwise it will affect the suction force of the suction pen)

3. Press the button on the suction pen to discharge the air from the device in the pen, then release the button and the barrel will generate vacuum suction to suck up the IC.

4. Place the sucked IC on the position to be placed, press the button, and the vacuum device in the pen barrel will exhaust air to make the IC fall off from the suction cup.
