The 40V 100A MOS FTG014N04SA chip has a high-temperature resistance value. There is no additional thermal pad on the surface to conduct heat to the bottom of the case. It only relies on soldering on the main PCB to dissipate heat toward the front of the main PCB. It is mainly used to repair APW12 power supply.
