24LC01BT-I/OT is a 1kB I²C serial electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), organized as a 128 x 8-bit memory block with a 2-wire serial interface. 24LC01BT-I/OT has a page write function of up to 8 bytes of data.
