L6390D is a full-featured high-voltage device, manufactured using BCD™ offline technology. It is a single-chip half-bridge gate driver for N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT. The high-end (floating) part can use voltage rails up to 600V. The output of the two devices can absorb and draw 430 and 290mA respectively. The logic input is compatible with CMOS/TTL as low as 3.3V for easy connection with control equipment. The matching delay between the low-side and high-side sections guarantees no cycle distortion and allows high-frequency operation.
