TLV431ACDBZR

The TLV431ACDBZR low-voltage adjustable voltage reference has specified thermal stability within the applicable industrial and commercial temperature range. The output voltage can be set to any value between VREF (1.24V) and 6V through two external resistors. The operating voltage (1.24V) of the TLV431ACDBZR device is lower than the widely used TL431 and TL1431 shunt regulator reference voltage. When used with optocouplers, the TLV431ACDBZR device is an ideal voltage reference in the isolated feedback circuit of a 3 to 3.3V switch mode power supply.
