I am unable to connect to the IP address of my lucky miners. Any tips on how to fix this?

Please note 

1,the network should be 2.4G and can not be 5G. 

2,the WiFi passwords can not contain special character,such as *，/，？，!，etc.

3,the user/wallet address should be the BTC main network which start with "1,3, or bc1" if you do solo mining.

4,let your phone/computer,luckyminer close to your router.
